Code of Conduct for All Pastors

i. The duties and responsibilities of Local Pastors shall be: a) To have an oversight of all spiritual matters. b) To dedicate his/her fulltime to the Ministry and development of the work of God. c) To work together with the Church Organizer and Elders in making arrangements for church services. d) To attend special meetings and revival meetings.

ii. The Local Pastor shall not be absent from his/her church for over three (3) weeks.

iii. A Pastor visiting his/her relatives in another assembly should first meet the Local Pastor of that area (For good public relations).

iv. No person shall be allowed to preach in church without the approval of the Local Pastor of that assembly.

v. The Local Church shall be responsible for their Pastor in accordance with 1 Cor 9:7-14. The church shall not use tithes for other things than support of the Local Pastor (Numbers 18:21-24; Hebrews 7:5)

vii. Pastors shall be obliged to pay their tithes to the President, who is the Overseer of the Ministry & Senior Pastor.

viii. All offerings collected at branches shall be submitted to the headquarters (HQ).

index. There shall be no random transfer of Local Pastors. The Local Pastor shall be given enough support to achieve his/her goals in his/her Pastorate so as to develop a relationship with the church. However, in the event of some problem or other reasons, the Pastor may be transferred any time.

x. Any Pastor, who fails to attend three (3) quarterly meetings without reasonable grounds, shall be stripped off his/her duties and replaced in due course.

xi. Discipline shall be given to a Minister/Pastor/Leader if: a) He/she has given in to alcohol, smoking & unethical issues, b) He/she failed to uphold ministerial duties and ethics. c) He/she opened their own church under the banner of Light Grace Ministries. d) He/she continuously fails to attend church services without any tangible reason. e) He/she invites any other Pastors who are not part of Light Grace Ministries International without the approval of the Founder, the Prophet.

xii. If a Minister/Pastor/Leader has been convicted of such indiscipline mentioned in xi. above, he/she shall be suspended for 6 months as he/she reconciles with the Lord

xiii. The local Pastor shall choose Deacons with the help of the local church Board.
